Monday-Friday - Weightlifting: 7:00-8:00 AM, 12:30-1:30 PM, 5:30-6:30 PM, 6:30-7:30 PM

Saturday - Crossfit: 8:30-9:30 AM

Saturday - Stretching/Mobility: 9:30-10:30 AM
