We offer classes for eager beginners, seasoned veterans, and everyone in-between. All classes are one-hour long.

Welcome to your perfect functional workout. We pack as much work into this one-hour class as possible. Each class includes a comprehensive warm-up, gymnastics skill or weightlifting strength work, and one or more metabolic conditioning workouts.
